ABAP log

About ABAP log.

As I write in one of my posts, it’s been a long and exciting time now since I travelled to SAP training center to take my first ABAP course. Soon after that I have started to keep some mostly technical notes related to my work with SAP R/3, APO and their ABAP language. Several simple text files are still very useful, but those little tips and topics were obviously not suitable for any “knowledge corners” like the one created by Richard Harper, and were not that frequently asked to belong to our ABAP FAQ at Sapfans. So I decided that I could put it separately in a form of a weblog to make my notes useful for others.

Exciting things do not necessarily start with work-related travel. In my free time, I try to beat the ABAP keywords out of my head, my family actively helping me. Visit my personal Web site (and its travel section) to find more ideas and tips on how to forget your boring daily tasks. After making a long and impression-filled tour of Southern France and Provence in spring of 2007, I could hardly recall my system password! Luckily, on such secure system as SAP, it can never be a problem.

NOTE: Feel free to copy and use any ABAP code you see on this weblog (I don’t have that much of it though). Complete copying of articles won’t be a good idea without letting me know.

Tuly yours, (*)

(*) You have to spend some time at Sapfans to get what “tuly” means.
